Common questions
My sign-in link won’t open
Your sign-in link needs to be opened on the iPhone where Vorela is installed. If you opened it somewhere else, see opening your link on the right device.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, in an encrypted database. Vorela doesn’t upload your health information to a server to be read. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export or delete everything?
Open Vorela and go to Settings. You can export a complete copy of your data, or permanently delete all of it, at any time. Deleting your account also removes any encrypted backup and the server-side account record.
Is Vorela a medical service?
No. Vorela is wellness software for understanding your own data. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. If you are in crisis or someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
